Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Printed Bonnet by AYOBE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized unworn, unwashed, and undamaged hair bonnets and shower caps within 10-calendar days of your purchase. Original tags must be attached and returns will be inspected before a refund is issued or exchange is done. You must send an email to info@printedbonnet.com within 5-calendar days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Reasons for Return or Exchange:

  • Change of mind: If you decide you don't want your bonnet or shower cap, you can return it for a full refund within the return window as long as it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and not customized. NOTE: Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Incorrect item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@printedbonnet.com and we'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and a return label for the incorrect item.

  • Damaged item: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5-calendar days of receiving your order. You MUST provide photo evidence  via email (info@printedbonnet.com) and agree to return the damaged item. Upon return receipt and inspection, we'll happily offer you a replacement or a full refund.

 

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@printedbonnet.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

  2. We will send you a return shipping label via email (if applicable...see above).

  3. Pack the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

  4. Attach the return shipping label to your package and mail it back to us at the address provided in the email communication (address will be sent once an agreement is reached).

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases where we shipped the wrong item).

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-calendar days of receiving your returned item.

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from this website.

  • Items listed as being on sale are NOT eligible for refunds. They can be exchanged (return and reship shipment cost will be covered by the purchaser). 

  • Custom items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
