Printed Bonnets are handcrafted with attention to detail and by a talented team of experienced seamstresses. We are currently accepting applications for highly qualified experienced seamstresses and we would love to include you on our growing team.

Requirements:

You must reside either in the District of Columbia, state of Maryland or Virginia (DC/MD/VA).

You must work in a smoke-free environment and be able to meet bi-weekly deadlines.

You must have your own machine. NOTE: If you do not have one, but you are hired, you will need reliable transporation to our location to perform 4-hours of work every other weekend.

You must have a great attention to detail and enjoy open and honest communication.

Depending on your skill and efficiency, you will earn $50 for 4-hours of work every other weekend. On average, we expect 10-bonnets for every 4-hours of work. You are paid for bonnets that you produce that pass our quality inspection.

How to apply:

Submit your application by filling out the form below. Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed by a member of our team and you will be contacted within 48 business hours.

If you are selected to continue on after the application phase, you will receive a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement which must be signed in order to move to the next phase. If you are ultimately hired but you choose not to accept the position, the non-compete and non-disclosure agreement still apply.

After you have entered into a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement, you will receive a bonnet making supplies kit with instructions on how to make four bonnets. You are to make the bonnets and return the kit back and bonnets to Printed Bonnet (in a pre-paid postage envelope) within 2 business days of receipt.

If your work meets our standards, you will be chosen to work with us on a 30-day trial basis. You will receive compensation as a during this timeframe for all of your work. After the 30 day trial period an official hiring decision will be made and we hope to welcome you to the Printed Bonnet family! You can expect a decision and start date within 3 days of your offer.
